I had a pipe burst during the deep freeze that swept through Colorado shortly before Christmas. I made many calls to “24/7” plumbers, but A Better Plumber was the only one that actually answered the phone, all others went to voicemail. They promptly got me scheduled that day and got a technician out to my house.Only a short few time later, Muris showed up as promised and located the burst and did what was necessary to get the burst isolated and restored water to the rest of the house. At the time, through no fault of his own, he was unable to finish the repair. This was due to cabinets and drywall and other things that would beed to be removed by other contractors.I scheduled another appointment for several weeks later to finish the repairs. Muris was unavailable, and a different technician, Kevin showed up. He looked and listened to what was done previously, and proceeded to finish the job.I cannot say enough about either Muris and Kevin. Both were punctual, professional, and explained every thing they did. They answered all of my questions, and showed me things to do in the future. Not only to avoid the same issue, but for other general plumbing things as well.I will be saving A Better Plumber’s info, along with Muris’s and Kevin’s names for any future updates kinging needs.

Good quality work at fair price. Had gas leaks. He found and repaired them with in a few hours. Would recommend!

Horrible people. First they bumped my appt up 3x. Then the service tech broke my garage disposal and nobody at Roto Rooter made any attempts to try and get another tech out until I had to become upset and demand it. The call center snickered in the background with each other when I complained at what terrible service they provide. Within one year this company went from decent, honest service to absolutely horrible. Will never use them again. I work at a big hospital, you’d better believe many, many, many nurses and doctors will know NOT to use Roto Rooter.
