I got a call within 20 minutes, and the plumber arrived at the beginning of the scheduled time, finished his work BEFORE the predicted time and offered us some helpful suggestions. He was extremely cordial and very pleasant to deal with. I seriously can't think of a single complaint I could make about the entirety of the process.
