We had two smelly drains: one in the kitchen and one in the shower. James came over on time, and he took a look at the problem and was able to diagnose it right away. James was patient in answering my questions, and he was very courteous and friendly.

He did the work quickly, and he had a person (an apprentice?) shadowing him. I listened to him explain everything. He was very knowledgeable as I listened to him explain things. He made sure that nothing was leaking after he finished his work. He even went out of his way to fix something on our faucet (which wasn't what he came in for).

First of all we were struggling with getting any plumber to respond to our Emergency and Roto-Rooter had someone out to our place in 40 minutes. The technician named Kelly, I think his number is 333, was so easy to deal with, hard-working and got everything done efficiently, effectively and in a thoughtful and considerate way. Awesome
