They came within hours of me reaching out. Jensen was so professional, courteous and personable. Was even good with my dog. I work from home so I really appreciated his efforts to make sure he wasn’t disruptive. Problem solved and a very happy customer.

The technician is lack of experience. First, before he came, our pipe was good. But during his check, the pipe was broken. He should tell us the risk before he did anything, instead of telling us the pipe was broken during his check and need $300 to replace. I have no choices but to accept, otherwise my parents cannot use it, and they are 84 yeas old. Then in the end, he just charged me $140. Even though I was happy with this reduced prices, but not sure how he repaired. Did he replaced the broken pipe？
