Plumbline Services Plumber
Had a technician out to tune up our furnace. The technician was very professional, explained the process, and gave us a good summary after the work was done. Feel confident that our furnace will be going strong this winter after his visit.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is very unreliable and very unprofessional. BEWARE!!

Aurora, CO
ARS / Rescue Rooter Plumber
We called ARS Rescue Rooter at 8:30PM and were told that we would be notified when a tech was on their way to us. The reason we called was because both toilets overflowed when flushed and when we used our washing machine. We received 5 phone calls between 9:PM and 1:30AM telling us that we hadn't been forgotten, and that a tech would be at our house between 2:15 and 2:30AM. At 4:30AM we called and were told that the tech was still at his last stop and would come to our house as soon as he was finished. At 9:AM, we called again. This time we were told that the people we had been talking to were in Corona CA. (We live in Aurora, CO.) We were told that when someone was available, that someone would try to stop by. I spoke with someone that claimed to be the quality assurance person who told me that the Aurora store had never been told we had an appointment. And she apologized. She said she would look into what had happened. At 11:00AM a tech arrived. Before doing anything, he told us that there was a company he could suggest to do a bio-hazard clean up in our bathroom, and that because the main line had backed up into our house that it was an unsafe living condition if wasn't taken care of, black mold, etc. When the tech did the work, he plumbed 105 feet out and told us that the line was cleared. Then he suggested we have a guy run a camera through the line. The camera guy showed up about 3:00PM. After running the camera through the line, we were told that there are seven areas, between our house and the street, where tree roots are getting through the line. And that it would be about $12,000 to plumb and clear. We have seven people living in our house, and we had no use of shower or toilet from 5:30PM until 1:30PM the following day. We called early enough that we thought that they could plumb our line the evening we called, but that didn't happen. We were told it was Corona, CA. that was the problem. And everyone apologized. But that didn't change the fact that we had to go without use of our bathrooms, or water in the home, for several hours after we called for emergency service. The tech., R.J., did a good job. And Bob, the camera guy, was helpful in explaining what still needed to be done. And Bob was also very helpful in getting us credit to be able to get the additional work done. We're happy with what R.J. and Bob did for us, but we are very unhappy with the service we got from the company themselves.I will give another review when the dig crew comes out and does the additional work.
