This group of guys was on time, professional, and efficient. They installed new heating and AC. They also had to repair wiring done by a previous heating and AC company and did not charge me more to do this. One of the guys even came the next day to deal with something else done by this other company to make sure the unit ran correctly. I am very happy with the final product and it works perfectly so far. Top Shelf met the cost of a quote I had received from another heating and AC company.

We just bought a house and the inspection uncovered a few gas and water plumbing questions. Knowing absolutely nothing about plumbing, I turned to Yelp and contacted another highly rated company who basically told me I had to buy all new everything. That sounded extreme, so a friend recommended To the T.

The quickly came out, explained that I did not need to buy a new anything, and made minor adjustments to ensure my plumbing was safe and operating properly. They did a great job, were honest, and saved me thousands!

Jonathan is very friendly and personable. There were a few extras in the way of piping and connections & he handled it great 👍. Would definitely recommend he and Plumbline in the future.

I called this company and explained my air conditioning situation, including what another HVAC company had done last year Seemed nice enough and reasonable: around $43 to show up and another $70 to diagnose the problem. I made an appointment with them for a 1-5pm window. At around 10:30 someone called to say he could be at my house in 30 minutes, not the most convenient since I would have to drive in from work and then drive back.

The person who met me was from a different company called Time and hadn’t been told anything about the problem. (Is “Denver Plumbing Consultants an actual HVAC company or do they just contract with other companies?) I told him what I knew and showed him my service bills from last year. He didn’t turn anything on or and barely even looked at the system, but started to explain the technical details of all the things that COULD be wrong (although it was actually pretty simple — leaking refrigerant) and said just finding the leak would START at $1,200. I told him thanks but no thanks and tried to pay the $43 for the visit. He said I’d have to pay the $113. I refused — he had been there for 5 minutes, didn’t even turn the thing on, and didn’t quote an actual price! He refused to take any money at all, left in a huff, and said it had been a “learning experience.“
