I had a really long day and my drain was blocked. I googled some plumbers and this came up. These guys were able to come right away and fixed my drain. It was a small job but they were so professional, friendly and fast. I will definitely use them again.

From the excellent folks that answer the phone to the technicians we have always had great experience. Today we had a bit of an emergency and they found a way to get someone to us same day who solved the problem. I’ve given up trying to tell the techs they don’t need to wear the little blue booties in the house - they are all very professional and Brothers has very good customer service procedures.

Andon came out to our house on time and was very efficient and courteous. He told us what would need to be done and the approximate amount before he started so there would be no surprises. I would definitely recommend Andon as well as Euro Plumbing, very reasonably priced!

Silas Guevara Was excellent. Got my hot building back to cool within a few hours. The price was fair and was given various options. Would endorse to anyone.

We had High 5 over to assess, present options & cost for a hose bib repair. Other plumbing issues were noted & options were discussed as well. Amanda, the technician was very professional, courteous & knowledgeable. She was very thorough in her assessment & took the time to answer all questions.

I had a really great experience with this company! I texted Jeff, we had a quick phone call and he was over 20mins later. Super fast service. He replaced a faulty valve in no time flat and was very professional and courteous and answered all of my plumbing questions about different areas of the house. Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

These guys are a rip off! I had a Pressure Relief Valve leak in my basement and when I called these guys to come out and get a quote, they charge me over $950... How?! A quick google search shows the part is worth $100 and overall installation usually goes for under $500. The leak was really bad so I had no choice. But the customer service afterwards was terrible. I asked for an invoice and STILL never received one, after speaking to the supervisor multiple times and promising me he would send the invoice and refund me $100.00 to my card, but it still hasn't happened. This is very unprofessional!!! The picture shows the after, definitely not a $952 job...

Excellent service, Jose and his sons are professional and know the job. I had my main line replaced, Jose and his crew came in finished the job same day and charged me just a little over half of other estimates I had gotten. Any plumbing issues I have, I will always call Muscle Rooter.

Colorado Sewer came to clean my sewer today. While the technician was very friendly and personable, my sewer line is not clean.
I had a sewer scope done later this same day and they found multiple spots where the line is still occluded! When I called Colorado Sewer to ask them to remedy their work, they said they would have to send their own camera down my line. I would have to pay for this—$100! Then if they see the same occlusions, they will re-clean.
This is unacceptable, especially since Colorado Sewer is one of the more expensive sewer cleaning services out there!

Absolute WORST business ever! So these people were supposed to come over between the hours of 11-3, i stayed home the entire time for this. Around 2 pm, nothing so I messaged the guy and about his ETA and his only response was late. At 4:20, my insurance company, who hired them, called the guy and asked about an ETA, he said he couldn't make it anymore and had to wait another 3 days. This business is an absolute JOKE. Do not by any means these people.

Horrible service. Unfortunately I had no choice as it was under a home warranty but if you do have a choice CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE! Sent an incompetent service man out to diagnose a problem. I knew more than he did about my equipment. They convinced the warranty people to replace my A/C unit (which didn't need replacing and I told the warranty Rep that) but they did it anyway. I have no paperwork on the replacement (new unit looks anything but new) and when I asked for paperwork and rebate paperwork for my electric provider I got no response. I have spoken with their office 4 times since and get blown off every time. Being told that the owner, Justin, has to get that paperwork to me. It's been 2 months and still no return call and no paperwork.
Please beware of these shysters. Don't believe these 5 star reviews. Wouldn't be surprised if their employees posted those. Impossible for this business to get anything above a one star rating.
