Matthew provided excellent service and he took his time. He also took before and after pictures of the two units outside that was covered in cotton weeds which he cleaned. We are pleased with his service and Milestone🥰

The great service started with Karen who took my call on a Saturday and scheduled a plumber to repair a leak in my main water line. She was professional, friendly and quick! Matt arrived within an hour and had my leak assessed in 5 minutes, he quoted the work and had the repair completed in less than 45 mins. Matt was quickly able to determine the repair was going to take less time than quoted once he had the pipe visible and reduced my quote accordingly. I can't say enough about the great service and value I got from Billy Go, Karen and Matt! Thanks.

They found the potential problem, which is great, but the real problem arose when they tried to charge me $150 for a small $5 fuse. They tried to explain the labor drives up the price, but there can only be so much involved in a fuse replacement. I understand the upcharge on the part but be careful they are not price gouging unaware customers.
