Matt has done several jobs for us, tub and shower installs, leaky pipes in the wall, and just recently replaced our sewer line and put in two new cleanouts. Hes honest and reliable, we wouldnt hire anyone else for any plumbing!

We had a great experience with Home Pro. We had 2 very technical tile projects completed. The staff was professional and made sure I provided input along the way so the project was going the way I had envisioned. There attention to detail was great and they were very easy to work with. Ok they sent a person out to look at my water heater. For one he did not introduce himself. He had some what of an attitude. He looked at my water heater and took two pictures and stated it would be $1600. Didn’t diagnose a problem. Just judging by it u need a new one. Regardless if that’s true the customer service skills made me not want to pursue business with this company.

We’ve used these guys several times now and they are fantastic. Super responsive and helpful. They were quick to help us with a water main break and saved the weekend for us. They were also quick to help with a pipe break this last freeze, and literally saved Christmas at our house that day because of their responsiveness. Highly recommend!

We had a blockage which caused the shower and toilet to overflow when the washer emptied during its cycle! Water went everywhere! I called Drain Dr and they promptly sent out Sergio who was professional, personable, and efficient. He took the time to answer all my questions in depth so I knew exactly what was going. Quick snake on the roof and a plunger to clear the shower’s p-trap and we were good to go. They are our go-to plumbers!

They tried to fix it but it didn't work and the pipes from the laundry popped again and now they wanna charge me 129 again even tho i paid them yesterday and its all a scam
