Best Hot Water Systems in Irving TX

Fantastic service, I've had them out a few times over the last couple of years. Friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the ends and out of the profession. There's only a handful of people I trust working in my home and they are definitely at the top of the list. I would recommend their services to anyone that wants a dedicated professional plumber. This is the best company I have ever worked with. Their workers were always on time, very courteous and professional and always treated our home like their own. They had to do a lot of digging up on our foundation in order to repair our sewer lines which were very broken up due to age. They did a great job putting plastic up to minimize the dust thru out our home. The wore plastic on their shoes and even laid down cloth on the floors so they wouldn't get scratched. They cleaned up every day when they were ready to leave. Made sure the holes in the floor were covered up with plywood so we wouldn't fall in, etc. Once they were finished with the job they were kind enough to wait until we had repaired the tile flooring in our bathroom before putting in our toilet. When the job was done they hauled off all the old pipes, and made sure everything was nice a tidy.
I just can't say enough good about this company. I highly recommend them. They are trustworthy and professional.
We will always use them when we have a plumbing issue.

Very good communication with Thomson Plumbing Service.. showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and fixed it very fast. We had a slow-draining sink which I had tried to snake with no luck .. they used a snake and fixed the issue very fast. The price was fair and on par with what others were estimating.. thanks

Great employees, very knowledgeable. We had a foundation issue and the plumber the foundation company sent out said they were going to have to break up concrete in the house to fix the problem. We called S & T to get a second opinion and they said we did not have a problem with water leaking under the house. So thankful we made that call!

There is no more water dripping through the roof and the sink and shower drains are finally unclogged! They were so helpful and very kind. I’d use them ANYTIME for ANYTHING!!!!
