They repaired my water leak and found that my house’s plumbing was not up to par and not insulated. They recommended a repair plan and gave me different options.

I called Eddie to install a swap out a gas cooktop, and he did a great job. While other big name hardware stores would not sell me an install service without an inspection first (to ensure size of countertop hole matched the cooktop), each service taking about 2 weeks turnaround, Eddie just went with what I told him about the size match and showed up on time. He and his son-in-law did a great job, checked if there were any gas leaks and then finally his son-in-law was nice enough to warn me that cooktop was calibrated to a very low flame in Low setting, with risk of going off with a ceiling fan or door shutting. So could look up hte manual and calibrate it myself to make the cooktop safe to operate.

Brian is a professional who gets the job done when he says he's going to get it done. He's on time and I would definitely use him for any property that I have.

We had a great experience with Home Pro. We had 2 very technical tile projects completed. The staff was professional and made sure I provided input along the way so the project was going the way I had envisioned. There attention to detail was great and they were very easy to work with. Our service technicians, Andrew and David were absolutely terrific!!!!! Our home was in the midst of a serious dilemma ON A SATURDAY MORNING no less, with a line blockage that was causing water back-up , backflow coming back up in the toilets and other pipes .....What to do ?!?!?!?! Called Roto-Rooter , Andrew and David arrive within an hour ....rapidly get to work and remedy the problem within fifteen minutes!!!!! Minimizing what could have been a real disaster with water damage and such ....they both were professional and thoughtful and thorough in completing the job and exceeding my expectations...thank you once again Andrew and David !!!!!!

I tried for a few hours to fix the issue myself and to no avail. I decided to call in a pro and found these guys. I called on Sunday evening to get a quote as they state on their website they give over the phone. I reached a live person and after letting them know it was not an emergency was told a call in the morning would happen between 7-8am for the estimate. At 730 they called and gave me the estimate which is when I requested a tech to come out. They said it would be a bit later that morning. About 830am got a call they were on the way. Around 9am the gentleman arrived and asked where the issue was. I explained and he got to work right away. He was able to unclog my upstairs bathroom sink drain (also drain for my A/C unit) and within a very reasonable amount of time got it working. He checked it and made sure the drain was operating at max efficiency which it did. WORKS like a champ now! I was also pleased that the quote given was extremely accurate and they were able to take my credit card. Highly recommend and happy customer here!

The driver was not being responsible on the road....going in and out of traffic he almost hit me..... called the company the person who answered the phone wanted to know what color the person was driving the van...I told the lady here is the license plate LMP1897 this was a Mercedes Benz style van is this your plate number? The lady said I will let the manager know....
Not sure if anything came of it....If their driver's are driving unprofessionally then the company maybe unprofessional.
