Called RC Pros for a drain repair and a young man named Audi came to fix it. He was a very nice guy thank you!

I was experiencing a foul, sulfuric, sewer odor in my half bath downstairs. John with Cathedral Plumbing came out on a Sunday morning. He was prompt.
In less than two hours time, John had diagnosed the problem, fixed it and cleaned up afterwards. He went above and beyond the Call of Duty and dispose of a dead rodent that was discovered in the tank closet.
Although it was not part of the initial service call, he even took the time to check the water flow and temperature of my upstairs master bathroom tub.
As if all of this wasn't enough, he even cracked a few jokes as he worked that left me in stitches.
I can't say enough about John.
He is a rockstar!
