Nikki has been great and patient with on going plumbing issues we have had with our newly purchased home. She fixed several things that were repaired incorrectly and has been very diligent in trying to solve our mystery blockage on one side of the house. Randy went above and beyond. He didn't just say it is hot and that was why my A/C wasn't cooling as well as it should. He tested the unit in the attic and outside. He found our damper wasn't opening as it should and replaced it. I am literally shivering as I am writing this. GREAT SERVICE!!
