Much gratitude to Simon, who replaced our capacitor and fan motor yesterday and got us back to cooling again! He truly went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He was extremely kind, courteous and professional; took the time to explain everything; helped clean parts of the unit (which he did not have to do); and made sure all other aspects of the system were in good shape before leaving. Thank you, Simon!As far as the scheduling goes: the lack of a time window was slightly awkward to work around when getting something setup, but they were able to get someone out to us the same day I called, which of course is crucial when your AC isn't working. I was given a call when the technician was on the way, was told he would arrive in approximately 30 minutes, and he arrived right on time. No issues here.
