Oscar determined the problem very quickly. My basin always clogs, so he very quickly found the problem when he dismantled the drain stop. A tiny bit of debris of hair was causing the basin to “slow” drain. Within 5 minutes he quickly solved the issue. Oscar was easy to talk to and knew exactly what to do. Woke up this Saturday morning to find that our wall heater had crapped out, and the temps in our house had plummeted to the high 50s. Our regular heating guy doesn't work weekends, and our second choice couldn't fit us in until after Christmas. Got the number of Socal PH&AC from a friend, and cyrus showed up less than three hours later; he quickly diagnosed the problem, took care of the repair at a reasonable price, and was extremely pleasant and funny to boot. He will be our go-to guy from now on!
