I just called (9/1/23 at 4:50 pm) and received terrible and unprofessional service from the representative. I will not be using this company, ever.

Thomas was extremely helpful and informative. Fixed our problem and informed us of some other things we were not aware of. We are also thankful for the preventative measures taken into consideration for the times of social distancing. Thank you RotoRooter for fixing our sink today!

When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.
