Michael was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, easily figured out why my sink was draining in to my dishwasher. He also recognized other potential problems with our 20+ under sink and explained them to me and showed me photos. He genuinely was not trying to upsell me, he just kindly educated me what potential issues we might have in the near future. He was the first plumber ever to bring a cleaning agent and clean my under cabinet before putting all my stuff back in. They were able to schedule my appointment within 3 hours and communicated when he was 20 minutes away. I am highly satisfied.

The appointment was quickly scheduled. The service technician, Ron, called to say he was on his way and would arrive in 30 minutes. Ron was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We were also pleased with the service provided. A leak was discovered beneath the slab/below our furnace. I strongly recommend this leak detection company.

My washing machine had malfunctioned and when installers were trying to hook up water lines to a new machine I was told that the entire water system hookup had to be replaced.

Patriot sent out Fred to analyze and repair. He was on time, professional, communicative, and respectful. He was very clear and detailed in our discussion. He determined that only the hookup valves for hot and cold water needed to be replaced. He also discovered that the water main valve was defective, but functional and recommended against replacement because it was costly and unnecessary at this time.

He was thorough and meticulous in his work. I also found him to be very personable and trustworthy.

I had such a good experience that I'm now having Patriot give me an estimate on mitigation and repair of extensive water damage which was created by the old machine malfunction. They are very experienced working with insurance companies and I am confident that I can trust them to be honest and to do excellent work going forward.

I have been using them for 20 years in three locations always had excellent service a bit expensive, but worth the peace of mind. However, in the last six months, they have gone totally downhill I have not had hot water in my laundry for five days. I waited six hours on Thursday And the technician refused to use the roof access which you know other one has done in the last 20 years they rescheduled for Friday. I brought a ladder this time. This technician showed up after eight hour wait he did, however get the boiler started but it only lasted three hours , I had no hot water over the weekend called on Monday and was given another all day appointment. I asked if I waited till the next day could you make me first thing in the morning so I wouldn’t have to wait all day. They said sure we’ll have someone there at 9:30. It’s now 1 o’clock and no one has showed up I called back and they’re waiting for someone to get free. I was supposed to be the first one I guess after 20 years of loyalty that means nothing to them. I’m going to have to find another company.
