Their team was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly, and they also provided some advice on how to properly maintain the water heater to prevent future problems. Their level of professionalism and expertise was impressive, and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

I contacted Olson Superior Plumbing to find out what could be the source of a pool of water that developed underneath our garage cabinets. Patrick arrived on time and quickly explained all of the steps involved with the leak detection. Patrick was able to locate the source of the leak, which was the two back-flow caps in our garage cabinet. Patrick was able to show me the source of the leak and explained the next steps. Patrick obtained new back-flow caps from their warehouse and put them in after his work day concluded. Patrick fixed the problem (no more leaks) and provided fantastic customer service. Plus, the costs for their parts and services were very reasonable and no upselling. Amazing! Thank you!

My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.

I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.

Slab Leaks Plus did a fantastic job for us! They came in and were able to find the leak in about 20 minutes. They were also easy to work with, did quality work, and their pricing was reasonable. Our leak was in a pipe under the slab of our house going to the downstairs lavatory. Through the wall of our house, Slab Leaks Plus disabled the leaking pipe and rerouted it. There was minor construction to our wall for repair, which was done nicely. I highly recommend Slab Leaks Plus and will not hesitate to call them again for future plumbing and slab leak needs.

We had an issue with finding a specific part. It was a valve with a gauge on it. This valve was leaking profusely that we had to shut the hot water off. While we were looking for this specific part, it seemed like there was backorder which would take a week for delivery and we needed a licensed technician to order it.

This part basically mixes the hot and cold water and it was cracked, which was confirmed by two experts. Unfortunately, when it rains, it pours and everyone seemed to have a boiler problem.

Benrich sent Ray over, a Senior Boiler Technician, who discovered a workaround and was trustworthy and honest about his time. He fused/welded a pipe and turned down the temperature. We had hot water instantly.

Previously, we worked a company who was untrustworthy and while we contracted quarterly inspections, there were additional charges of ~$2000.00 then another $1000.00 the following year and $571 + $865 +$650 last year. At one point, they charged us $271 for 8 minutes of work. The Benrich manager also mentioned that the repair person before had done a number (ie negative connotations). For me trustworthiness is and was an issue along with the monopoly of parts and supply chain issues of parts.

I am pleased that Ray, fixed our boiler in record time and we were lucky he came in from Hollywood because last year a boiler tech came all the way from Long Beach and wanted to charge us for traveling their back-and-forth commute in rush hour traffic.

Ray did not do any of those tactics and his work was done professionally (had brought in an industrial-commercial tank to fuse the pipes). So far, I have not heard any complaints from any senior citizens, veterans or disabled homeowners on this matter and we are thankful that he repaired before the Father’s Day and Juneteenth holiday weekend. Ray is smart and made decisions in a timely matter, keeping costs low. We will use Benrich again.
