Excellent customer service! I decided to upgrade to an WiFi Thermostat and had everything installed on the wall, but couldn't figure out why no power was being routed to the thermostat. I re-wired everything several times and still had no power. I took several photos and sent them to socal to see if they could help out and sure enough, they were able to solve my problem almost instantly! The sales associate who helped me was Tim - who explained everything in great detail and even went the extra mile in providing his personal phone number in helping me quicker when I followed his solution. The issues revolved around the furnace and wiring not being properly installed. And BAM, the WiFi Thermostat worked like a charm! Socal PH&AC was very helpful and recommend them 110% to anyone with AC/Heater/Thermostat troubles!

I was thrilled with my experience with Sage Plumbers! I had an emergency situation - a house guest arriving and discovered the toilet in the guest room wasn't working. The office set up an appointment a few days before her arrival and saved the day! Nathan came on time, figured out what was wrong, provided the parts to make it flush, and delivered an exceptional service call. Our entire house’s toilets were overflowing on a late evening a few days ago. I was panicking because most plumbing companies were closed since it’s after 9pm. I was so happy to find Olson Superior Plumbing, a 24/7 company. The lady(sorry, I didn’t get her name) who answered my call was very helpful and comforting, she ensured me that I was in good hands. A few minutes later, Ericsson from Olson Superior called me. He said he could try to locate a plumber for me that night but not guaranteed, however, he could definitely get me a plumber the next morning. We decided to wait until morning. A little after 6am next day, Bryon Shute from Olson Superior showed up. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Since our house doesn’t have many cleanouts, Bryan had to move a toilet to unclog the main drain. He was very patient with all my questions and courteous, and he cleaned up after the job was done.I highly recommend Olson Superior Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.P.S. He gave me a detail breakdown of the issue, and described exactly what he needed to do. His pricing was very competitive, but his real value was his honesty and integrity. The pipe behind the drywall in my house was leaking so I've reached out to them for repair. They told me if the tech come right now, it'd be consider an emergency and will be $189 fee. I asked them what's other availability, and they didn't respond, and just said tech is available right now. I figure sure why not, they are eager to make the fee, and I am eager to get it fix. The tech arrived, took a few look and told me they can't do anything or even figure out where the problem is, because the leaking is behind the wall, and they need to me to hire someone to test for asbestos before they can open up the wall. They gave me a bunch of analysis, which is essentially what I've already told them. I was charged for a $189 fee even though they've done absolutely nothing except showing up. I am fine paying for the emergency fee under the premise that they can do something that I couldn't myself. If they can't diagnose pipe behind drywall, then this whole thing wouldn't have happen had they simply asked me the age of my home, and listen to me for the fact that leaking is behind the wall. I ended up hired somebody who actually know what they are doing. In addition, I had them installed Irrigation Plastic Control Valve in Feb, and the thing busted and leak by August. Sure, they fixed it under warranty for me, but the whole thing costed me over $3500, and I question their work's longevity. I will change my primary plumber to somebody more capable since this whole incident.
