After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. Desi & Marco were amazing they finished up and we are as happy as can be with their services! I would recommend them to everyone who has a small or big issue regarding plumbing. Absolutely love this company!!

Ok, so who really raves about plumbing!?.. Well, these guys are awesome and deserved the praise! I have found my new go-to plumber's! Scheduling was cake. They showed up on time, presentable, and filled with knowledge on my issue. My problem was solved quickly, neatly and professionally. I felt I was in good hands for sure. Their prices are beyond fair (for the market). Can't ask for much more! Ismael was my technician who solved my running toilet issue, I had another plumber tell me I had to replace my toilet which would cost me over a $1,000, however Ismael diagnosed the problem and rebuild the inside of my toilet for a reasonable price. Thank you Ismael now I don't have to hear that annoying water running at night and I will save on my water bill. I recommend Ismael of Mr. Rooter and he was such a professional courteous person.

My husband and I hired Glenn and Zach to install a wall mounted faucet in our powder room, and we could not be more thrilled with the result. We had a very unique situation where the spout needed to be a certain length as well as having to open up the wall to not damage our backsplash slab. They found us a faucet that matched our inspiration picture and were able to get it installed the following day. I was hesitant to have to open up our wall, but Zach and Glenn did such a clean and amazing job that made it super easy for our drywall person to patch it up. Glenn and Zach went above and beyond for us to get our powder room done and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Highly highly recommend!

Quick and efficient service, along with recommendations for the future.

As the Los Angeles temperatures dropped toward what passes for cold in these here parts, we lit our wall furnace but discovered that our thermostat was no longer turning on the burner. We scheduled an appointment with socal, which gives 3-hour windows. Their service tech cyrus arrived at EXACTLY the start of our window, checked out the situation thoroughly, and determined that the wire had been cut between the thermostat and furnace (we'd had some old flooring removed and new flooring installed, and apparently somewhere along the line the wire, which ran under the floor, had been damaged).

We determined that the best course of action would be to install a new thermostat in a different location. cyrus told me that in honesty it's an easy DIY job and showed me how to do it, but when I made clear that no DIY job is easy for me (a handyman I am not), he got back to me later with a very reasonable quote to do the install himself, parts included. I set another appointment window, for which he arrived EARLY (having called ahead first to make sure it was a good time for me), and did the job neatly, effectively, and in good time.

So to sum up: cyrus and socal ph&ac did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, and for the price they said they'd do it for, and they did it well. What more can you ask? I hope for no further heater issues any time soon, but if they arise, I won't hesitate to call them again.

I had a leak in my shower and Alberto V. came and checked it out. Great commercial service, nice and very polite. He was very professional and explained everything to me through the evaluation and work he was doing. He was very thorough and out within minutes. He even checked his work multiple times and allowed me to verify myself. Even at the end, he cleaned the work area really well. I would definitely use him again.
