Cyrus was very impressive with his demeanor and thoroughness of describing our options. He was also very receptive and explained our options when we told him the scope of our needs. We needed not only our HVAC system replaced, we also needed our entire ductwork replaced AND our hot water heater. He took it all in stride and gave us a great deal, saving us hundreds. Work was completed in two and a half days and they handled all of the permits and arranged for the city inspection.

Thankfully we won't need this done again for quite some time, but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate calling Cyrus and his people back out.Socal PH&AC are the best !!!!

My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.

I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.

Steve is a very experienced and knowledgeable plumber. He immediately evaluated my broken pipe issue and had it repaired it quickly. Steve is a plumber that takes a lot of pride in his work and it reflects in the results. I would definitely trust and use Steve again for plumbing repair or upgrades in my home.

Our external drains were clogged and were causing a pressure buildup and reverse flooding. We had no idea about the extent of the problem. It was pretty serious. Luckily, we detected the core issue in the nick of time and have Patriot Plumbing to thank. They not only rushed early morning to our home (another provider had promised the previous evening but never showed up), but also took care of the core problem. Their technician clearly explained everything that was wrong, showed us where the clogs were occurring, and gave us a few alternative solutions to consider. We opted for the high pressure clean aka Hydro Jetting that removes all clogs and clears any roots. We also got to learn and see how this advanced system works. After the Hydro Jetting, their tech cleaned the place completely from the outside also. We are quite happy that they did a thorough job, and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Residing in the heart of Laguna Hills, when my A/C system began emitting loud noises, their extraordinary support came as a true blessing in my time of urgency. Alex performed a thorough diagnosis, swiftly pinpointing the issue with the A/C condenser in just 15 minutes, and adeptly mended it using parts available in his truck.

I have been using them for 20 years in three locations always had excellent service a bit expensive, but worth the peace of mind. However, in the last six months, they have gone totally downhill I have not had hot water in my laundry for five days. I waited six hours on Thursday And the technician refused to use the roof access which you know other one has done in the last 20 years they rescheduled for Friday. I brought a ladder this time. This technician showed up after eight hour wait he did, however get the boiler started but it only lasted three hours , I had no hot water over the weekend called on Monday and was given another all day appointment. I asked if I waited till the next day could you make me first thing in the morning so I wouldn’t have to wait all day. They said sure we’ll have someone there at 9:30. It’s now 1 o’clock and no one has showed up I called back and they’re waiting for someone to get free. I was supposed to be the first one I guess after 20 years of loyalty that means nothing to them. I’m going to have to find another company.
