My whole experience with Roto Rooter was quite excellent from start to finish. Called because my kitchen sink was clogged...they answered right away and was able to get Gary out to our house the same day. They actually said within the hour but I had to push it back. They gave me a curtesy call 30 minutes out. Gary was awesome! Very professional and totally knew what he was doing. He was quick but thorough and unclogged my sink in no time at all. He even came in on his day off to help since they were so busy. Honestly, I’ve used Roto Rooter a few times and have never been disappointed.

I need a 6th star! I ordered a new fridge but it couldn’t be installed because the ancient water valve was frozen. Peak West owner Mustafa came the same day and fixed it, then hooked up the new fridge. After he finished I asked about a knocking sound coming from the water heater. He suspected it was excess water pressure. Boy was he right! Twice the maximum pressure! Another plumber had previously fixed a couple of leaks and recommended we replace all our “cheap” copper piping. Mustafa said the pipes were fine, it was the excess pressure that was the problem. He installed a water pressure regular and saved me thousands of dollars (and incredible headaches) since I didn’t need to replace all of our pipes. So honest! Easy to communicate with, too. Very nice, explains what he does and why. I can’t recommend him enough!
