Best Preventative Maintenance in Irvine CA

We called to set up an appointment for my ac that was not starting up, and the technician was able to come within the hour. He fixed my AC within a couple of hours and explained to me everything he was doing. He is incredibly helpful and professional. I certainly would recommend them to anyone looking to have their ACs fixed. Thank you for the great service!

Mauricio did an excellent job! Although it was just an evaluation, he took his time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explain everything. He dedicated over 2 hours inspecting every aspect, leaving no stone unturned. We have complete confidence in the issues he discovered, especially since he provided plenty of supporting pictures. I have been using them for 20 years in three locations always had excellent service a bit expensive, but worth the peace of mind. However, in the last six months, they have gone totally downhill I have not had hot water in my laundry for five days. I waited six hours on Thursday And the technician refused to use the roof access which you know other one has done in the last 20 years they rescheduled for Friday. I brought a ladder this time. This technician showed up after eight hour wait he did, however get the boiler started but it only lasted three hours , I had no hot water over the weekend called on Monday and was given another all day appointment. I asked if I waited till the next day could you make me first thing in the morning so I wouldn’t have to wait all day. They said sure we’ll have someone there at 9:30. It’s now 1 o’clock and no one has showed up I called back and they’re waiting for someone to get free. I was supposed to be the first one I guess after 20 years of loyalty that means nothing to them. I’m going to have to find another company.
