Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. Ameri-Cal is the best repipe company out there. I called on 4 different companies and listened to sales people that told me how complicated my house was going to be, or how long it take, only to try to charge me almost twice as much as Ameri-Cal.

The sales person on the phone gave me a general quote over the phone and then confirmed the price once I met with him. I then was able to get it schedule that week and have the work completed in 3 days. It took them one day to repipe, one day off for inspection, and one day to patch the cut walls. NO SURPISE costs.

They have done a couple referrals and both people were very delighted on their professionalism and great price.

I need a 6th star! I ordered a new fridge but it couldn’t be installed because the ancient water valve was frozen. Peak West owner Mustafa came the same day and fixed it, then hooked up the new fridge. After he finished I asked about a knocking sound coming from the water heater. He suspected it was excess water pressure. Boy was he right! Twice the maximum pressure! Another plumber had previously fixed a couple of leaks and recommended we replace all our “cheap” copper piping. Mustafa said the pipes were fine, it was the excess pressure that was the problem. He installed a water pressure regular and saved me thousands of dollars (and incredible headaches) since I didn’t need to replace all of our pipes. So honest! Easy to communicate with, too. Very nice, explains what he does and why. I can’t recommend him enough!
