Woke up to a broken pipe in the ceiling and water pouring everywhere. Found Olson plumbing on Yelp based on their rating. Taysom was caring and compassionate, and although booked all day, moved things around given the urgency of our situation and his Technition Luis showed up on time within two hours and got to work. He did an awesome job using his high tech equipment identifying the broken pipe in the ceiling and we had water back in the house within a few hours. Can’t thank them both and their company enough for saving the day for our family. There is a gold star next to their name on my phone directory for future use!! I have not received the bill yet but I am sure they are good value as well 😊

There are a ton of plumbers, but not many that you can trust with high volume losses/emergencies and get consistent and reliable service each and every time. No matter the distance or time of day Kinetic leaves each job with happy residents and great follow to management.
