I had a problem with my water heater, and I called Oasis Plumber's for help. Their team was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly, and they also provided some advice on how to properly maintain the water heater to prevent future problems. Their level of professionalism and expertise was impressive, and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs.

I had a repipe done on my home recently. Sean, the sales person did a good job getting me all the information that I needed. He also worked with me on price and was able to do a closer price match to another company I had received a quote from. I ultimately went with Repipe1 because the copper was a better quality and the warranty was better (it transfers to a new owner of the house if I sell). Communication regarding scheduling the repipe work (which was scheduled quickly after initial meeting), the inspections, drywall repair and texturing was great. Overall I am mostly satisfied with the job, but have a few complaints. I was told by the salesperson that the team would be large enough that the job would be completed in one day. This was not the case...they sent two men and it took two days. It could have been done in one if they had stayed another hour or so as they were at my house for a very short time on the second day. I had to arrange for somebody else to be at my home to let them in on the second day as I could not take time off of work. I purposefully scheduled the job on a Saturday so I could be home for the one day. The water supply line in both bathrooms from the wall to the toilet valve are not copper anymore as they were. They are PEX. If there is ever an issue, I will have to hire a plumber to sort it because it is not something my dad can fix (he is usually able to fix plumbing issues for me but not if it isn't copper). Finally, the texturing people were not very clean in their work. There is overspray all over one toilet - the back and front of the tank, the bowl, the water supply lines from the valve to the tank. The relatively newly installed baseboard below the toilet has a chunk out of it. Not sure when that happened but it definitely happened during the job. There is also texture overspray on my washing machine and dryer and the pipes and valves to turn on the water in the laundry room. In my bedroom there is overspray on the closet mirrored doors and the wall across the way from where the work was being done. The prep work to protect areas that were not being retextured was not done well. :(

I would recommend this company for any major plumbing projects 10/10 times. Their teams are professional, communicative, and effective. The sales associate Dante and manager Joseph answered every single one of my questions and addressed every single concerned I had through out the repipe process for my house. They are very professional and meticulous with details.

Their crews are well staffed and trained with extensive experience so they didn't need to rush to meet their schedule. The repipe crew I had, led by Edgar, cared about quality and was able to complete the job as they promised in one day. The patching crew, led by Luis, did a wonderful job at patching and matching the finishing texture to the adjacent walls.

They make sure their customer is happy and satisfied with their work. I informed the office when I observed some minor issues after the repipe. Joseph immediately coordinated with their foreman to come by my house to fix those issues on the same day. When an issue turned out to be not part of their responsibilities, they offered me with alternatives to fix the situation so I did not walk out unsatisfied.

I would recommend this company to my friends and family for their great customer service and quality of work.

I had a tankless water heater installed by OC tankless, and I was impressed how knowledgeable they are compared to the other plumbers I talked to. They were very professional, I recommend OC tankless to all my family and friends.

Steve is a very experienced and knowledgeable plumber. He immediately evaluated my broken pipe issue and had it repaired it quickly. Steve is a plumber that takes a lot of pride in his work and it reflects in the results. I would definitely trust and use Steve again for plumbing repair or upgrades in my home.

Our kitchenette was leaking water in our office. He helped us get that fixed. Also we had an emergency at another time where we accidentally hit a nail through a pipe. We were very scared, he was actually reachable immediately and got that fixed very quickly.

We are very glad we contracted with OC Repipes to handle our house re-piping. Slavi was very knowledgable - explained very clearly all the relevant matters to us, did exactly what he said he would do, and is generally a great guy to work with. We interviewed a couple of other companies and thought OC Repipes was best to hire. In hindsight, OC Repipes was CLEARLY the best company to hire. I HIGHLY recommend OC Repipes to anyone interested in getting their house re-piped.

I found Pipeline several years ago when my parents rental property had a slab leak. Pipeline was great- very attentive and fixed the leak quickly.
The pipe held up great for 5 years but recently started leaking again. We called Pipeline to initiate the warranty they touted when they sold us their services but were told that the warranty no longer applied since we ended up selling the house to a family friend. We spoke with three different people and were told the same thing, It's in the fine print. While I can't argue the terms of their service, if it is fact written in the paperwork, it's evident that they're prefer not to do the right thing. A lifetime repair should not have failed after five years regardless of who owns the home. I respect their legal right to not stand by their services but would also like potential customers to know about our experience should you have a warranty claim for their lifetime product.
You may be better off taking your business elsewhere, I wish we had.

*edit* They called our friends back this week to reiterate that the repair was not covered under warranty but offered to come out and provide a quote to repair it again. Thanks but no thanks.
