Owner Dave was cordial at first towards a repipe (probably because HOA paid the tab). During the repiping process, his workers were late + smoked in my garage, spilled coffee all my fridge, and damaged my belongings in the garage. I informed him of these issues as any homeowners would and instead of apologizing, he rudely questions me for messaging him. This guy is a joke and can't man up to mistakes. Furthermore, he sent an invoice for a water heater move and then declines a few days later stating its bad karma.

This was the 2nd time I have had Ozzy and Shane out to our 50yr old + home. I trust them in spite of these being bigger projects.

Got exactly what I wanted and at a really readable price. cyrus was super and worked with me to get within my budget and still get what I needed. demario and edgar the crew were great, knowledgeable and on time. They did a fabulous job and cleaned up afterwards. I'm so happy. It hardly makes sound, it cools off the areas I needed and it looks GREAT!!! I called Quick Water Heater Company late Tuesday night because my water heater was leaking. They came out the next morning promptly at 9am to check it for me. They happened to have an extra water heater in their van and replaced it right there on the spot. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quick, great customer service!

On this service call for our HVAC system William was courteous and professional, paid attention to my explanation of the symptoms, confirmed that the problem was with the unit’s small 3+ years old condensate pump, and said he would followup the next day (tomorrow) after checking availability of a replacement pump.

Our a/c went out (of course during a heat wave) and we called Complete Comfort because they’re not far from us and have raving reviews. Now I see why! We briefly spoke with Chris who was very kind and professional and Mauricio was the technician who showed up to fix our a/c. I work from home, but Mauricio kept quiet while he was working to fix our capacitor, and he also was a lot quicker than I thought! Myself, my husband, and our animals are all super happy.
