Cyrus was very impressive with his demeanor and thoroughness of describing our options. He was also very receptive and explained our options when we told him the scope of our needs. We needed not only our HVAC system replaced, we also needed our entire ductwork replaced AND our hot water heater. He took it all in stride and gave us a great deal, saving us hundreds. Work was completed in two and a half days and they handled all of the permits and arranged for the city inspection.

Thankfully we won't need this done again for quite some time, but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate calling Cyrus and his people back out.Socal PH&AC are the best !!!!

When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. I never thought twice about my water heater. To be completely honest I totally forgot about that thing in my garage. I get back from my vacation to come home with a leaking water heater and NO hot water. Called around, and kept getting the companies that wanted to come out and give me an estimate. Complete Comfort helped us when we really needed it!!
Our a/c went out (of course during a heat wave) and we called Complete Comfort because they’re not far from us and have raving reviews. Now I see why! We briefly spoke with Chris who was very kind and professional and Mauricio was the technician who showed up to fix our a/c. I work from home, but Mauricio kept quiet while he was working to fix our capacitor, and he also was a lot quicker than I thought! Myself, my husband, and our animals are all super happy.
Fantastic service all around! Highly recommend.
