Dave got Sergio out the same day to fix a sudden water pressure issue in our kitchen faucet. The water pressure is the best we’ve ever seen it- better than when we moved in two years ago! We also had a leak in the faucet hose line; Sergio showed me how to replace it myself once I was able to get the replacement. Took me 5 minutes today to install thanks to his tutorial! Overall I feel like we have a new kitchen sink :) definitely recommend Dave and the Great Park Plumbing crew!

Woke up this Saturday morning to find that our wall heater had crapped out, and the temps in our house had plummeted to the high 50s. Our regular heating guy doesn't work weekends, and our second choice couldn't fit us in until after Christmas. Got the number of Socal PH&AC from a friend, and cyrus showed up less than three hours later; he quickly diagnosed the problem, took care of the repair at a reasonable price, and was extremely pleasant and funny to boot. He will be our go-to guy from now on!

Last Sunday, I called the company to unblock my clogged bathtub, and they booked me an appointment for next Monday morning. The plumber came earlier than scheduled. He was helpful and thorough with his work; he managed to unclog the bathtub in a few minutes and gave me a decent quote for the service. He didn't try to upsell me anything. So this company did our home repiping 10 years ago and yesterday a pipe sprung a leak, which required us to turn off our water. We called re-pipe 1 and they were able to get a plumber out to us by 1130 this morning. Alberto Vazquez was the plumber they sent out and he was not only quick to diagnose the problem and repair it, but he cleaned up beautifully (and even sprayed for ants he found In the exposed ceiling area). Even though the leak was caused by a hardwood floor installation laborer’s nail, they only charged us the basic Trip and diagnostic fee. we had to use them to do the repair to protect our warranty but they didn’t take advantage of that situation like they could have and charged extra even though the leak wasn’t related to their original work. So nice to know that after 10 years we can still count on these guys to be fair, honest and do a great job. thanks Alberto for giving us our water back so quickly!!

You guys are great! Thank you for your service when we needed you most and turning a what seemed a difficult task in to an easy one. Had a couple companies in the past try to give me general pricing and when they came price would go up significantly for stuff which should of been part of the quote. Quick water heater's pricing is complete. They have an easy to use website. I liked how they did offer knowledgable advice and suggestions.
