Best Leaking Water in Irvine CA

I'm very happy that I choose Mr. Rooter to come to my house to fix the issues I had with a leaking shower head and a slow draining kitchen sink. First off, the technician showed up on time. That doesn't happen every often now a days. Took the time to listen to what my problem was. After he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explain my options. The technician was able to do the fix for the kitchen sink that day, but the shower had more issues the valve that was installed was stripped, so it needed to be replaced. As always there are unexpected things that go wrong, the set screw for the handle had to be drilled out. So, the handle had to be replaced. I called the dispatcher about the status of the order late in the afternoon, he checked and at the same time sent a technician (Ismael) to verify the part was correct. When Ismael arrived, he did the same thing listen to me when I explain the problem I had, he took the time at the end of the day to check his storehouse for the part which he really didn't need too. He could have just said the part is on order! You cannot ask a company for any better service than that. I have not needed a Plummer very often, but I do know that in the future if I do need one, I have Mr. Rooter one phone call away.

Stanford from Roto-Rooter was fantastic! Knowledgeable, very personable, and has a great work ethic. He took the time to do the job right, and explained what he was doing and why it was needed. He cleaned out the clog in my kitchen sink quickly, and spent the time to check for leaks afterward, which I appreciated. Definitely ask for Stanford if you need a plumber!

Having a plumbing/water emergency is everyone's nightmare! EHS was quick to help! Corey from the first call had a plumber to my house within an hour. When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. I would definitely recommend this company for your emergency home solution.

Repipe 1 repiped my house, and one of the shower valves I provided had a defect. Alberto came out the next day, identified the defect, replaced the part, and advised us on how to return the part to the third party vendor to get our money back. Alberto was friendly, efficient, and answered all our questions.

Brothers Plumbing is definitely the most reputable plumbers I’ve had the experience of working with. There customer service was excellent and they were very thorough in the job they performed.

We used Simpex for a whole home RE-pipe. Our sales person Dante was informative and answered all my questions. The day of the RE-pipe Edgar, Brandon and the rest of the large team were friendly, professional, on time, thorough with their walk through at completion, and cleaned up after themselves. I was thoroughly pleased with the whole process. They completed my 3400 sq ft home in one day. I have 3 bathrooms, laundry sink, bar sink, water to fridge, and to pasta filler. Day 2, the patch and texture crew came in and did a great job matching some tough textures. I have no problem highly recommending Simpex. For the record, I met with 4 other companies that did not meet my discriminating taste.

Quick Water Heater is the best water heater service I've ever worked with in Orange County or anywhere in the good ol US of A. Their pricing was accurate and there were no surprise fees on my bill. I simply filled out the form on their site and I was speaking to a tech in under an hour. I'll be using them for all of my properties from here on out.

I had a tankless water heater installed by OC tankless, and I was impressed how knowledgeable they are compared to the other plumbers I talked to. They were very professional, I recommend OC tankless to all my family and friends.

We had two sink issues. One sink’s drain stopper was jammed and another sink’s water flow completely stopped. Equity Plumbing was recommended by two friends and both said Troy and his team were great.

Troy scheduled us quickly and was able to assess our sink issues quickly. He gave his honest opinion and we decided to change out our faucets and replace the drain stopper. He kept us informed as to when the parts would arrive and when they could install it. It was done very quickly. His team was polite, tidy, punctual, kept us informed at all times. We really appreciate their work and would highly recommend them. We will definitely be giving them a call for any plumbling issues.

This was the third plumber I called for a main water leak. I was quoted $1,050 but the first plumber, $725 by the second plumber and $490 by Tomas at Rasco Plumbing. I gave the approval to Tomas to go ahead and fix it. About 2 hours later, he had fixed it and charged me less than originally quoted. Very honest guy. I would recommend him!

Dalton and his dad (the owner, sorry forgot his name) came out to fix a leak in upstairs tub. They were professional but personable. Exactly what you look for in a small business; they treated the job as if it was their own. Knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable. As a veteran myself, I always try to support veteran owned small business and I have nothing but praises for Prostar Plumbing.

I took the day off so that I'm home when the work is being done, just to find out that they cannot make it due to other work backed up and asked if I could reschedule for another day. Never happened to us with other services. Very unprofessional.
