There are a ton of plumbers, but not many that you can trust with high volume losses/emergencies and get consistent and reliable service each and every time. No matter the distance or time of day Kinetic leaves each job with happy residents and great follow to management.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, easily figured out why my sink was draining in to my dishwasher. He also recognized other potential problems with our 20+ under sink and explained them to me and showed me photos. He genuinely was not trying to upsell me, he just kindly educated me what potential issues we might have in the near future. He was the first plumber ever to bring a cleaning agent and clean my under cabinet before putting all my stuff back in. They were able to schedule my appointment within 3 hours and communicated when he was 20 minutes away. I am highly satisfied.

Wow! I have nothing but good things to say about Bluefrog. I have used them many times in the past for various plumbing repairs and most recently had them replace my old water heater. Owner Dave was cordial at first towards a repipe (probably because HOA paid the tab). During the repiping process, his workers were late + smoked in my garage, spilled coffee all my fridge, and damaged my belongings in the garage. I informed him of these issues as any homeowners would and instead of apologizing, he rudely questions me for messaging him. This guy is a joke and can't man up to mistakes. Furthermore, he sent an invoice for a water heater move and then declines a few days later stating its bad karma.

Ok, so who really raves about plumbing!?.. Well, these guys are awesome and deserved the praise! I have found my new go-to plumber's! Scheduling was cake. They showed up on time, presentable, and filled with knowledge on my issue. My problem was solved quickly, neatly and professionally. I felt I was in good hands for sure. Their prices are beyond fair (for the market). Can't ask for much more! Real down to earth guys, that aren't trying to pull the wool over your eyes and swindle you for every penny (unlike any other plumbing co. I've dealt with)! Thanks again Coastline! Going with Ameri-Cal Repipe & Plumbing was a great decision for the work we needed in our new home! Roberto was able come out for a free estimate and fo the job within 2 days! Also, the responsiveness as far as all my questions and concerns was exceptional. On top of everything, they even were kind enough to do extra work at no cost for service we planned to do in the future! The pipe behind the drywall in my house was leaking so I've reached out to them for repair. They told me if the tech come right now, it'd be consider an emergency and will be $189 fee. I asked them what's other availability, and they didn't respond, and just said tech is available right now. I figure sure why not, they are eager to make the fee, and I am eager to get it fix. The tech arrived, took a few look and told me they can't do anything or even figure out where the problem is, because the leaking is behind the wall, and they need to me to hire someone to test for asbestos before they can open up the wall. They gave me a bunch of analysis, which is essentially what I've already told them. I was charged for a $189 fee even though they've done absolutely nothing except showing up. I am fine paying for the emergency fee under the premise that they can do something that I couldn't myself. If they can't diagnose pipe behind drywall, then this whole thing wouldn't have happen had they simply asked me the age of my home, and listen to me for the fact that leaking is behind the wall. I ended up hired somebody who actually know what they are doing. In addition, I had them installed Irrigation Plastic Control Valve in Feb, and the thing busted and leak by August. Sure, they fixed it under warranty for me, but the whole thing costed me over $3500, and I question their work's longevity. I will change my primary plumber to somebody more capable since this whole incident.
