Nick is the best! He was super kind and helpful. He explained what was going on and how they were fixing things every step of the way; he really kept us in the loop. Nick really showed that he cared about our situation and looked for the best solution possible. I contacted this company today to address my furnace repair needs. They send their plumber on time as promised and successfully did the repair to the highest standard. I am glad that he even came well-prepared with all the parts needed. Very professional all the way! Highly recommended to everyone in the area.

I had my town home re-piped and it required my luxury vinyl flooring to be removed. I specifically asked the guys if they were sure they knew how to remove them without damaging it so that I could dry them out and fit them back in and they said yes. They ended up ripping the floors out and completely damaging them. This has now cost me almost $1000 to get new flooring. I complained to repipe 1 office and spoke to the owner called David Tash. He promised to email me an estimate proposal to cover the flooring cost but never did. Now i call the office everyday and they keep saying David is not available. Eventually they said that they have decided not to cover the cost. This is so unfair and I am so upset about this. I will never use this company again and I advise you all to stay far away from them. They need to be accountable for damages caused and take ownership of it.

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. I called Olsen plumbing for two reasons - 1. Routine maintenance to flush our tankless water heater and 2. To fix a clogged downstairs sink. They were super helpful and able to schedule same day - I was provided a quote over the phone for the tankless water heater maintenance and when Lyle our technician showed up he provided a clear estimate for the clogged sink as well. Lyle was professional, clean, friendly and most importantly, effective! He got started on our tankless water heater first and while it was flushing tackled the clogged sink. Lyle at Olsen plumbing is a pro, we will definitely call them in the future for our routine maintenance and plumbing needs.

I absolutely love this place. Woke up this morning to no hot water, to make things worse my water heater heater was leaking, Called this company at about 630 in the morning in a complete panic not expecting anybody to answer. Miguel answered the phone, was not pushy at all, referred me to the website to schedule an appointment. Not even an hour later received a phone call to confirm. Robert came over and suggested a tankless water heater, explained the pros and cons. I felt the tankless was a perfect fit for me. To make a long story short, I had a great experience with this company, and i' m loving my new tankless. Great job Quick Water Heater.

I hired Kalka as a subcontractor to ventilate a fireplace during a remodel of my home. They were already there doing the HVAC and said they could easily ventilate the fireplace. They ventilated a B-Vent fireplace out the side of my house. They were given the make, model, and serial # of the fireplace they were venting but did not do their homework. When I turned the fireplace for the first time after the remodel my home filled with carbon dioxide gas. They refused to take any responsibility for the mistake they made 100%. This is not a company that does the right thing. They are a company that does whatever they have to do for their bottom line.

Having recently retired and closing my plumbing business' after 40 years I appreciate it when a technician shows a professional attitude and pride in there work. I only wish I could have hired this guy when I was in business. Christian Alcala was prompt and very professional when going about his duties and got the job done.

The pipe behind the drywall in my house was leaking so I've reached out to them for repair. They told me if the tech come right now, it'd be consider an emergency and will be $189 fee. I asked them what's other availability, and they didn't respond, and just said tech is available right now. I figure sure why not, they are eager to make the fee, and I am eager to get it fix. The tech arrived, took a few look and told me they can't do anything or even figure out where the problem is, because the leaking is behind the wall, and they need to me to hire someone to test for asbestos before they can open up the wall. They gave me a bunch of analysis, which is essentially what I've already told them. I was charged for a $189 fee even though they've done absolutely nothing except showing up. I am fine paying for the emergency fee under the premise that they can do something that I couldn't myself. If they can't diagnose pipe behind drywall, then this whole thing wouldn't have happen had they simply asked me the age of my home, and listen to me for the fact that leaking is behind the wall. I ended up hired somebody who actually know what they are doing. In addition, I had them installed Irrigation Plastic Control Valve in Feb, and the thing busted and leak by August. Sure, they fixed it under warranty for me, but the whole thing costed me over $3500, and I question their work's longevity. I will change my primary plumber to somebody more capable since this whole incident.

Called on a Tuesday to arrange for an A/C appt on Saturday. Received a vague phone call from a representative on Friday evening at 5:30 stating that their A/C technicians will be unavailable for the Saturday morning appointment. He gave no reason or alternative, simply that I needed to call in and reschedule... Reschedule I did... With ANOTHER A/C COMPANY! I have never dealt with Mike Diamond before. Figured they were legit based on their whacky radio commercials and lofty promises. I should have listened to all those reviews on Yelp and taken into consideration their 2 star rating. They've forever lost my business and I will be sure to spread my experience to friends and family so that they can avoid them as well.
