When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. First, I'm assuming the repiping was done correctly. Their plumbers, however, covered the furniture, but not all flooring. My wood floors were damaged beyond repair. We ended up replacing it. Their drywall guys did a great job with the drywall repair, but they are deficit in their ability to match our exterior stucco pattern. I called several times and after several attempts to correct, I had our painter match the stucco pattern. Their office lacked appropriate communication responses which resulted in our local inspector showing up again after the final was signed off. I had to send Repipe1 signed final inspection, twice.

From the time I spoke to the nice person who schedules the appointments, to the excellent service I received by the plumbing professionals - I had a wonderful experience with Sage Plumbers and would recommend this company to anyone in need of great plumbing work. The work was impeccable and the low price actually came as a surprise to me given the quality and time spent at my house. Great job!

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. Ryan arrived on time on a Saturday. My icomfort system had reported to me via wifi that a high pressure switch was stuck. After scheduling an appointment via Kalka's website, Ryan was able to come on a Saturday and repair my AC. He did excellent work and stayed within their cost estimate. He is a boon to Kalka's business. He also provided pictures chronicling suspect areas for preventative work as well as pictures of where the work was completed, both via email.
Kalka's work was A quality.

Mauricio did an excellent job! Although it was just an evaluation, he took his time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explain everything. He dedicated over 2 hours inspecting every aspect, leaving no stone unturned. We have complete confidence in the issues he discovered, especially since he provided plenty of supporting pictures. Great Park Plumbing has become my only go to plumber. They have serviced both my home and business. They have come out in a very timely manner, kept the job site clean and have been more than reasonable in there pricing for the very professional work and care. Even thought I do not like plumbing issues I know who to call.

I took the day off so that I'm home when the work is being done, just to find out that they cannot make it due to other work backed up and asked if I could reschedule for another day. Never happened to us with other services. Very unprofessional.
