We used this company for an issue with our heater that was blasting cold air through the vents instead of hot. After calling a different company the previous day that sent a guy who literally spent 12 minutes by the heater looking at it and telling us it was nothing wrong with it, the next day we tried Socal PH&AC and they sent out Tim. Tim was on time, very patient, listened to everything I was telling him it was wrong with the heater and took the time to figure out the issue. The heater is now working and Tim was very professional and courteous about the whole situation.

Hearth pump was not working when first called but “healed itself” shortly before technician arrival. He checked it over and charged me fairly. 👍 …

When I called them on Sunday evening, they came right away and taught I will have to get it done maybe another day which would have made me miss work, but they didn’t mind about time they went extra mile and made sure all the work was done the same evening, and the price was very reasonable compared to what my neighbor told me that she pay to other company. They tried to overcharge for an Air / Heating system by about 5K. They brought an A/C unit that didn't fit on the side of my mom's house and still wanted to install it covering her walkway. I made them remove it an I got a system Air / Coils / Heater / Thermostat for $5,400. They wanted 10K. Total ripoff artists.

I never thought twice about my water heater. To be completely honest I totally forgot about that thing in my garage. I get back from my vacation to come home with a leaking water heater and NO hot water. Called around, and kept getting the companies that wanted to come out and give me an estimate. Found quick water heater online. Their website has all their pricing and is strait forward. Luke came out fixed it right away and was gone. I highly recommend this company

He cleared a large bag and some metal wire (yes) that was lodged deep in the pipes. It was not an easy or quick job, but Nick was professional and positive throughout.

Nick ensured everything was working perfectly and left the area cleaner than when he found it. Having a professional Parzival plumber made a big difference in this job.

Called HVAC Services LA Sunday morning at 10:00 and he showed up at 11:45 and fixed our heater! Reasonable price and quality service. What more can you ask for. I recommend air heating.

I hired Kalka as a subcontractor to ventilate a fireplace during a remodel of my home. They were already there doing the HVAC and said they could easily ventilate the fireplace. They ventilated a B-Vent fireplace out the side of my house. They were given the make, model, and serial # of the fireplace they were venting but did not do their homework. When I turned the fireplace for the first time after the remodel my home filled with carbon dioxide gas. They refused to take any responsibility for the mistake they made 100%. This is not a company that does the right thing. They are a company that does whatever they have to do for their bottom line.

Mauricio did an excellent job! Although it was just an evaluation, he took his time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explain everything. He dedicated over 2 hours inspecting every aspect, leaving no stone unturned. We have complete confidence in the issues he discovered, especially since he provided plenty of supporting pictures. I took the day off so that I'm home when the work is being done, just to find out that they cannot make it due to other work backed up and asked if I could reschedule for another day. Never happened to us with other services. Very unprofessional.
