We used this company for an issue with our heater that was blasting cold air through the vents instead of hot. After calling a different company the previous day that sent a guy who literally spent 12 minutes by the heater looking at it and telling us it was nothing wrong with it, the next day we tried Socal PH&AC and they sent out Tim. Tim was on time, very patient, listened to everything I was telling him it was wrong with the heater and took the time to figure out the issue. The heater is now working and Tim was very professional and courteous about the whole situation.

These guys are the best. I haven't serviced my heater for six years, and during the coldest winter I can remember, the heater vents didn't work well and the air coming out was cold. I called on a Saturday thinking I'd just leave a message and got a live person. Not only that, but he said he could fit me the same day. I couldn't believe my luck. He was very professional and patiently explained to me what was wrong with my unit. The board was blown (he even showed me the error code) and he replaced it. I was expecting a shock from the sticker, but even the price seemed very reasonable given the time and details. They are professional, clean and honest. I highly recommend them.

He checked everything, was able to get everything working, and gave me some good options if the problem came up again. This is a VERY old system. He didn't charge me for a support call. Ryan arrived on time on a Saturday. My icomfort system had reported to me via wifi that a high pressure switch was stuck. After scheduling an appointment via Kalka's website, Ryan was able to come on a Saturday and repair my AC. He did excellent work and stayed within their cost estimate. He is a boon to Kalka's business. He also provided pictures chronicling suspect areas for preventative work as well as pictures of where the work was completed, both via email.
Kalka's work was A quality.
I would use them again.

My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.

I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.
