Best Heating in Irvine CA

I was fairly pleased. The initial cost was reasonable, $195 to replace a faucet (I supplied the actual faucet). They found that there were 2 valves for the hot and cold water that were frozen and needed to be replaced. They charged me $280 for that, and that seemed pretty expensive. It only took him about 30-minutes to switch out both valves, and assuming the valves cost less than $20 each, then that's a rate of $480 an hour for labor.

We used this company for an issue with our heater that was blasting cold air through the vents instead of hot. After calling a different company the previous day that sent a guy who literally spent 12 minutes by the heater looking at it and telling us it was nothing wrong with it, the next day we tried Socal PH&AC and they sent out Tim. Tim was on time, very patient, listened to everything I was telling him it was wrong with the heater and took the time to figure out the issue. The heater is now working and Tim was very professional and courteous about the whole situation.

There’s a lot of reasons to be happy today! I want to share this great experience of mine and this is the reason why I am overwhelmed today. This technician accomplished the heating furnace repair at my place. I knew how hard it is to do it but then, he is determined and focus to do the job. He is kind, knowledgeable, professional and approachable. He managed to finish the job easily and appropriately. He had done so much for me. As a return, I will be recommending him to my neighbors and workmates. I give 5% twinkling stars!!! Congrats!

One unique problem with my project was that I needed a cooling unit on the roof, but the only means of access was a window and a fire escape. Other companies Tustin HVAC Contractor seemed puzzled by this problem, he immediately figured out how to get around it and did it in a cost effective way. Also, there were some unforeseen difficulties along the way, and his team dealt with them without any adjustments to the score.

I had a nasty backup toilet in the middle of the night that literally was all over my house by the time I found it. I made several calls to different companies that told me they could not come out until the the morning but when I called Universal plumbing and heating not only did they send someone out immediately Peter showed up fixed the issue and helped me clean up the mess. And his prices were affordable.

I woke up Sunday morning to a flood from my water heater and is started calling around and Irvine water heater man was able to come out Sunday and gave me a better price than the other companies I had called he does clean work and very knowledgeable highly recommend him

Nick from Parvizal provided excellent customer service AND technical expertise in clearing my kitchen sinks yesterday.

He cleared a large bag and some metal wire (yes) that was lodged deep in the pipes. It was not an easy or quick job, but Nick was professional and positive throughout.

Kalka came in and had to do over some plumbing that another company had done. I initially called a company due to taking the hot water a long time to get to our kitchen sink area. After so said company left. We were not getting hot water anywhere. Just warm water throughout the home. Also now a leak under kitchen sink after replacing the faucet. Company came back 4 times in 8 months for the hot water issue without fixing the problem. Kalka, Sara and Juan, fixed it in one day. Now hot water throughout our home. Thank you Kalka..... Company stopped answering my text messages also. Than I called Navien and they connected me with Kalka Plumbing...

Got quoted $99 or free for drain clog by Mike Diamond 800 number, they got there in 45 minutes on time did the job and only charged me just that. No I did not smell test the plumber.. will definitely recommend
