Woke up this Saturday morning to find that our wall heater had crapped out, and the temps in our house had plummeted to the high 50s. Our regular heating guy doesn't work weekends, and our second choice couldn't fit us in until after Christmas. Got the number of Socal PH&AC from a friend, and cyrus showed up less than three hours later; he quickly diagnosed the problem, took care of the repair at a reasonable price, and was extremely pleasant and funny to boot. He will be our go-to guy from now on!

I woke up Sunday morning to a flood from my water heater and is started calling around and Irvine water heater man was able to come out Sunday and gave me a better price than the other companies I had called he does clean work and very knowledgeable highly recommend him

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

My wife called for an ASAP appointment and John arrived within 30 minutes. The clogged shower drain was cleared in a very short time. He was polite, professional, explained the problem to my wife and cleaned the shower before leaving. Would highly recommend Brothers Plumbing and important that they are a local business.

Larry had one of his people come out and look at all the work, promised a quote...4 weeks, 6 weeks nothing. I will get it to you. Sorry, 3k went to another plumber who responded and did a great job.

Complete Comfort helped us when we really needed it!!
Our a/c went out (of course during a heat wave) and we called Complete Comfort because they’re not far from us and have raving reviews. Now I see why! We briefly spoke with Chris who was very kind and professional and Mauricio was the technician who showed up to fix our a/c. I work from home, but Mauricio kept quiet while he was working to fix our capacitor, and he also was a lot quicker than I thought! Myself, my husband, and our animals are all super happy.
Fantastic service all around! Highly recommend.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, easily figured out why my sink was draining in to my dishwasher. He also recognized other potential problems with our 20+ under sink and explained them to me and showed me photos. He genuinely was not trying to upsell me, he just kindly educated me what potential issues we might have in the near future. He was the first plumber ever to bring a cleaning agent and clean my under cabinet before putting all my stuff back in. They were able to schedule my appointment within 3 hours and communicated when he was 20 minutes away. I am highly satisfied.

Exceeded my expectations. They came in low on price which had me a bit concerned however they did a fantastic job. They pulled the permit right away and were flexible in when I was able to have them start. First crew did the Repipe on my single story 2 bath in about 6 hours. Next day they did a virtual inspection with the city and 3rd day the second crew came in and patched the walls and textured them to the point of ready to paint. I could tell these guys knew what they were doing. They minimized holes in the wall and didn’t cut corners on the install. They were efficient and didn’t screw around. Both crews prepped the house with floor coverings and hung plastic barriers to protect the areas before starting the work and they did a good job of cleaning up. I was surprised that I didn’t have any dust after the work. I would absolutely recommend this company based on my experience. It’s refreshing to deal with a plumbing company that is NOT out to screw you over.

Very reasonable and honest. I thought my AC compressor was completely out while it was a much much smaller part costi g a whole lot less. Didn't try to sell me any other part or service, just replaced the part and was on his way. Great service, I will definitely call them again.

Difficult experience, estimate did not include everything so additional costs were added later on. Finish work was not completed correctly, still dealing with the work that was done, placed handles in the wrong place, would not make it right, tub still not glued in to place, left drain pipe at an angle, would charge again to complete work that was in the contract. Guy is intimidating, has no concern about how or if the work is done. Bath tub leaks when draining the water, toilet did not flush properly, need to get into the crawl space to see if the what else might be leaking.

The pipe behind the drywall in my house was leaking so I've reached out to them for repair. They told me if the tech come right now, it'd be consider an emergency and will be $189 fee. I asked them what's other availability, and they didn't respond, and just said tech is available right now. I figure sure why not, they are eager to make the fee, and I am eager to get it fix. The tech arrived, took a few look and told me they can't do anything or even figure out where the problem is, because the leaking is behind the wall, and they need to me to hire someone to test for asbestos before they can open up the wall. They gave me a bunch of analysis, which is essentially what I've already told them. I was charged for a $189 fee even though they've done absolutely nothing except showing up. I am fine paying for the emergency fee under the premise that they can do something that I couldn't myself. If they can't diagnose pipe behind drywall, then this whole thing wouldn't have happen had they simply asked me the age of my home, and listen to me for the fact that leaking is behind the wall. I ended up hired somebody who actually know what they are doing. In addition, I had them installed Irrigation Plastic Control Valve in Feb, and the thing busted and leak by August. Sure, they fixed it under warranty for me, but the whole thing costed me over $3500, and I question their work's longevity. I will change my primary plumber to somebody more capable since this whole incident.

Do not hire this company. Exercise caution when inviting strangers into your home. Coincidently, after having our main drain line serviced; we had a home burglary the very next day. The only individual to see our safe and know when we would gone was the Mike Diamond service technician, Leo Ochoa. Westminster PD have leads on the link between the suspect, Frank Amesquita, and Mr. Ochoa. It’s only a matter of time before the proof presents itself.
