Very impressed with these guys. We got 4 estimates to replace our furnace and AC and decided to go with SOCAL PH&AC not only because of great pricing but that gut feeling of really genuine people who are passionate about their work. Tim was very patient with us and even came out a second time to clarify the work, type of system, and answer final questions we had before deciding to go with them. He responded timely to every email. The day of installation went better than expected. Our installers were Edgar and Demario. They were personable, neat, and knowledgeable. They installed our Nest for us, set it up, and showed us how to use it. THANKS AGAIN YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!

Last Sunday, I called the company to unblock my clogged bathtub, and they booked me an appointment for next Monday morning. The plumber came earlier than scheduled. He was helpful and thorough with his work; he managed to unclog the bathtub in a few minutes and gave me a decent quote for the service. He didn't try to upsell me anything. We had Gilbert’s team do a full repipe of the house. These guys were awesome , arrived on time 8am and with professionalism finished our entire home by 2 . I wouldn’t choose anyone other than repipe 1 , and I’d request Gilbert’s team everytime!

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, easily figured out why my sink was draining in to my dishwasher. He also recognized other potential problems with our 20+ under sink and explained them to me and showed me photos. He genuinely was not trying to upsell me, he just kindly educated me what potential issues we might have in the near future. He was the first plumber ever to bring a cleaning agent and clean my under cabinet before putting all my stuff back in. They were able to schedule my appointment within 3 hours and communicated when he was 20 minutes away. I am highly satisfied.

Great Park Plumbing has become my only go to plumber. They have serviced both my home and business. They have come out in a very timely manner, kept the job site clean and have been more than reasonable in there pricing for the very professional work and care. Even thought I do not like plumbing issues I know who to call.

Difficult experience, estimate did not include everything so additional costs were added later on. Finish work was not completed correctly, still dealing with the work that was done, placed handles in the wrong place, would not make it right, tub still not glued in to place, left drain pipe at an angle, would charge again to complete work that was in the contract. Guy is intimidating, has no concern about how or if the work is done. Bath tub leaks when draining the water, toilet did not flush properly, need to get into the crawl space to see if the what else might be leaking.
