Amazing experience with Always. A/C has not been running cold so I called them up and they sent over Derek and Charlie the same day. They arrived on time, were super professional and knowledgeable.

Took their time to check everything then came back with multiple options for me based on my needs. It was clear that they are an honest company, focused on customer needs and satisfaction. I would highly recommend Always to friends and family and will be coming to them again whenever I need it.

Kyle and Jose came today to reinstall a ductless heater air conditioner unit put in by Greenstar just over a year ago. The original install was put in by a couple of clowns and made a lot of noise, shook the walls and generally never worked as promised. Greenstar dispatch is a rude clueless woman who has no idea what customer service is. After countless phone calls, bounced from person to person over several days I was finally comnected with Mark who finally got things moving. Again, Kyle and Jose reinstalled the unit and I'm amazed how quiet it is and how well it works.... These guys were on time, were friendly, knowledgeable, did a beautiful artistic installation and were a pleasure to be around. Because of these two I have a more positive opinion of Greenstar.

I had my toilet clogged in the middle of the night and these guys showed up within an hour. I was satisfied.

After getting multiple quotes from different A/C companies, we finally decided to go with them, and it turned out to be a really good decision. Alex came to my house in Mission Viejo on the same day and did an exceptional job. Even with the intense heat in the attic, he managed to identify the problem, arrange for the necessary part, and finish the job in just 2.5 hours. His professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service were evident from start to finish.

Rob Parsons was professional, courteous, and explained everything he was working on. He was efficient with his time and was in and out with all worked completed in less than 90 minutes from the time he knocked on the door and cleaned up. Really appreciate the work that was done. Will be going back to Pristine Plumbing and asking for Rob next time any plumbing issues arise.
