I was thrilled with my experience with Sage Plumbers! I had an emergency situation - a house guest arriving and discovered the toilet in the guest room wasn't working. The office set up an appointment a few days before her arrival and saved the day! Nathan came on time, figured out what was wrong, provided the parts to make it flush, and delivered an exceptional service call. I heartily recommend Sage for jobs large and small, and know you will be well satisfied.

We had been long time customers of Kalka Plumbing, Heating and Air. However after our latest experience, we will never use them again. After a failed $500 toilet rebuild, they damaged our toilet and we had to chase them down to fix it. However, that's not the worst of it. Their fix actually made the toilet worse and when they promised to replace the toilet, they brought a used one. Their service manager was argumentative and rude throughout the two month long ordeal. Bottomline, you don't treat your customer cheap and Kalka Plumbing, Heating and Air did just that. As their customer for over a decade, it pains me to say I recommend you look elsewhere for your plumbing services.

Update...contrary to the promise of the owner to work with us to see this issue through, we instead received an email from the Director of Operations, Mr. Allen Johnson, stating, If you want to receive a refund, we expect all negative reviews removed, the complaint to the BBB resolved, and your word that you will consider this resolved and not make any further negative reviews about our company.

We understand mistakes happen; however, this correspondence shows they have no intention of resolving the issue without bullying us into removing truthful and transparent information about their company. I would have loved to write an update, where they solved the problem.

I never write Google reviews, but the amount of time and money Kalka Plumbing Heating and Air has caused my family has been a nightmare. Therefore, I implore anyone in need of plumbing services to think twice and explore other plumbing service providers.

My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.

I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.

Alex help us out detecting what might have been disastrous. But for all measures saved us money by determining where this mystery water was coming from and giving us a quick solution. We have used Patriot Plumbing on multiple occasions for our office building. Everything from water heater repair to a main sewer line collapse repair. Every time they are responsive, professional, and always accommodating to our employees and work schedule. They also follow up afterwards to make sure you are satisfied with the service. I ended up flushing my keys down a commercial building and Orange Coast Plumbing responded right away. Not only did Nate (the Plumber) not charge me for the inspection, he was honest with me. Although I needed my keys and it was a job he could do, he indicated it would be cheaper for me to get a new set of car keys because they are electric keys. I'm very happy with Positive Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. After getting multiple quotes from different A/C companies, we finally decided to go with them, and it turned out to be a really good decision. Alex came to my house in Mission Viejo on the same day and did an exceptional job. Even with the intense heat in the attic, he managed to identify the problem, arrange for the necessary part, and finish the job in just 2.5 hours. His professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service were evident from start to finish.

The pipe behind the drywall in my house was leaking so I've reached out to them for repair. They told me if the tech come right now, it'd be consider an emergency and will be $189 fee. I asked them what's other availability, and they didn't respond, and just said tech is available right now. I figure sure why not, they are eager to make the fee, and I am eager to get it fix. The tech arrived, took a few look and told me they can't do anything or even figure out where the problem is, because the leaking is behind the wall, and they need to me to hire someone to test for asbestos before they can open up the wall. They gave me a bunch of analysis, which is essentially what I've already told them. I was charged for a $189 fee even though they've done absolutely nothing except showing up. I am fine paying for the emergency fee under the premise that they can do something that I couldn't myself. If they can't diagnose pipe behind drywall, then this whole thing wouldn't have happen had they simply asked me the age of my home, and listen to me for the fact that leaking is behind the wall. I ended up hired somebody who actually know what they are doing. In addition, I had them installed Irrigation Plastic Control Valve in Feb, and the thing busted and leak by August. Sure, they fixed it under warranty for me, but the whole thing costed me over $3500, and I question their work's longevity. I will change my primary plumber to somebody more capable since this whole incident.
