The office set up an appointment a few days before her arrival and saved the day! Nathan came on time, figured out what was wrong, provided the parts to make it flush, and delivered an exceptional service call. I heartily recommend Sage for jobs large and small, and know you will be well satisfied.

When I called them on Sunday evening, they came right away and taught I will have to get it done maybe another day which would have made me miss work, but they didn’t mind about time they went extra mile and made sure all the work was done the same evening, and the price was very reasonable compared to what my neighbor told me that she pay to other company. I was completely satisfied and this will be my forever company to go to.

He dedicated over 2 hours inspecting every aspect, leaving no stone unturned. We have complete confidence in the issues he discovered, especially since he provided plenty of supporting pictures. Had a clogged drain emergency last Sun a few hours before the in-laws were supposed to come over for a birthday celebration. Couldn't get the first 2 plumbers to come out on a Sunday then called Rooter Hero up. Mike came out within an hour and got things buttoned up. He was very responsive and fairly priced. James at Patriot was EXTREMELY helpful. He first came to me through a Yelp ad when I used Patriot to get a second estimate on the cost for a main water service line leak. James figured out a way to replace the line without destroying my bricks which would have cost me significant additional money. Around the same time I needed to replace an upstairs toilet that was smaller than the standard size. When his supplier did not have a toilet that would fit, he found me one that would work from Home Depot. Overall, I could not be happier with the service provided by Patriot Plumbers and James in particular! I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs in the future

The pipe behind the drywall in my house was leaking so I've reached out to them for repair. They told me if the tech come right now, it'd be consider an emergency and will be $189 fee. I asked them what's other availability, and they didn't respond, and just said tech is available right now. I figure sure why not, they are eager to make the fee, and I am eager to get it fix. The tech arrived, took a few look and told me they can't do anything or even figure out where the problem is, because the leaking is behind the wall, and they need to me to hire someone to test for asbestos before they can open up the wall. They gave me a bunch of analysis, which is essentially what I've already told them. I was charged for a $189 fee even though they've done absolutely nothing except showing up. I am fine paying for the emergency fee under the premise that they can do something that I couldn't myself. If they can't diagnose pipe behind drywall, then this whole thing wouldn't have happen had they simply asked me the age of my home, and listen to me for the fact that leaking is behind the wall. I ended up hired somebody who actually know what they are doing. In addition, I had them installed Irrigation Plastic Control Valve in Feb, and the thing busted and leak by August. Sure, they fixed it under warranty for me, but the whole thing costed me over $3500, and I question their work's longevity. I will change my primary plumber to somebody more capable since this whole incident.
