tim, the guy they sent out to do the quote was very friendly and honest about everything we needed done. He told us everything about our current system, and explained why we should replace what we have. He also explained why we could keep our existing system which is something the other guys didn't do.

tim , my main contact has been extraordinary. He was able to schedule our install while we were away in order for us to avoid having no heat for a few nights since in consideration of our one year old.

Overall, I'd certainly recommend these guys to anybody looking for HVAC help. also thanks to my installers edgar and demario they were super nice and helpful!

There’s a lot of reasons to be happy today! I want to share this great experience of mine and this is the reason why I am overwhelmed today. This technician accomplished the heating furnace repair at my place. I knew how hard it is to do it but then, he is determined and focus to do the job. He is kind, knowledgeable, professional and approachable. He managed to finish the job easily and appropriately. He had done so much for me. My water heater had been leaking for awhile. It was clear I needed a new one. At my neighbor's suggestion, I called Sage Plumbers. Brendan and Alex came over the same day and assessed the situation. Brendan gave me several different options for replacing the heater. He took the time to answer my questions. He made recommendations based on my needs. The quote I received was very fair. Brendan and Alex were able to have the new water heater installed before the end of the day. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Sage Plumbers. Contact these guys if you're having problems with your kitchen sink drain being clogged or suffering from other plumbing issues. I tried snaking it myself trying to save a few bucks but quickly realized I needed help!

Called Rooter Hero and they sent over Jesse, who actually showed up a little earlier than scheduled. He rapidly determined what the problem was and got the sink draining again in no time.

I took the day off so that I'm home when the work is being done, just to find out that they cannot make it due to other work backed up and asked if I could reschedule for another day. Never happened to us with other services. Very unprofessional.
