The man was very professional and very friendly and knowledgeable he inspected and discovered the clog I had in my plumbing and worked his cable and had it fixed quick. We got 4 estimates to replace our furnace and AC and decided to go with SOCAL PH&AC not only because of great pricing but that gut feeling of really genuine people who are passionate about their work. Tim was very patient with us and even came out a second time to clarify the work, type of system, and answer final questions we had before deciding to go with them. He responded timely to every email. The day of installation went better than expected. Our installers were Edgar and Demario. They were personable, neat, and knowledgeable. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. $77 Drain clean promotion agreed over the phone. Dispatch called late to push the appointment to the following day. Technician got there and said he will only do a water jet on this job at a cost of $800 with a guarantee of success or no pay. The water jet guy got there and sent a camera down and called me saying the pipes need scraping first for a total of $1,800. I told him no and that I would get a second opinion. He then tried to bind me to the agreement. I said not a chance. He then tried to charge me $260 for running the scope down the drain. I said no. He then tried to get me to pay their minimum charge of $49. I said no. What a racquet! I promise you this review will go on Yelp as well.
