Brendan gave me several different options for replacing the heater. He took the time to answer my questions. He made recommendations based on my needs. The quote I received was very fair. James at Patriot was EXTREMELY helpful. He first came to me through a Yelp ad when I used Patriot to get a second estimate on the cost for a main water service line leak. James figured out a way to replace the line without destroying my bricks which would have cost me significant additional money. Around the same time I needed to replace an upstairs toilet that was smaller than the standard size. When his supplier did not have a toilet that would fit, he found me one that would work from Home Depot. Overall, I could not be happier with the service provided by Patriot Plumbers and James in particular! I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs in the future

I was looking for water filtration for my our house and was checking out few companies in the area (Irvine). Peak West Plumbing was one of the companies i requested for an estimates. Their price was very reasonable and yet when they called me for details and discussion of the process i could say that the person on the phone knew every small detail about the job that will be done. I am very detailed guy and the way it was introduced to me was the perfect. At the end of the call i had all answers to my questions that i was planning to ask but never asked because he already answered all of them the way he explained it to me. We agreed on terms and the job was done in 4-5 hours by 2 technicians. I also liked that owner came to check if everything is okay while they were installing everything.
