Brendan gave me several different options for replacing the heater. He took the time to answer my questions. He made recommendations based on my needs. The quote I received was very fair. Vincent trouble shooted the cause of our problem, which was not as simple as it seemed at first, and stayed with it until it was resolved. The site was cleaned and ready to be put back in use. We will definitely use them again.

I was looking for water filtration for my our house and was checking out few companies in the area (Irvine). Peak West Plumbing was one of the companies i requested for an estimates. Their price was very reasonable and yet when they called me for details and discussion of the process i could say that the person on the phone knew every small detail about the job that will be done. I am very detailed guy and the way it was introduced to me was the perfect. At the end of the call i had all answers to my questions that i was planning to ask but never asked because he already answered all of them the way he explained it to me. We agreed on terms and the job was done in 4-5 hours by 2 technicians. I also liked that owner came to check if everything is okay while they were installing everything.
