Woke up this Saturday morning to find that our wall heater had crapped out, and the temps in our house had plummeted to the high 50s. Our regular heating guy doesn't work weekends, and our second choice couldn't fit us in until after Christmas. Got the number of Socal PH&AC from a friend, and cyrus showed up less than three hours later; he quickly diagnosed the problem, took care of the repair at a reasonable price, and was extremely pleasant and funny to boot. He will be our go-to guy from now on!

When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. We called to set up an appointment for my ac that was not starting up, and the technician was able to come within the hour. These guys are the best. I haven't serviced my heater for six years, and during the coldest winter I can remember, the heater vents didn't work well and the air coming out was cold. I called on a Saturday thinking I'd just leave a message and got a live person. Not only that, but he said he could fit me the same day. I couldn't believe my luck. He was very professional and patiently explained to me what was wrong with my unit. The board was blown (he even showed me the error code) and he replaced it. I was expecting a shock from the sticker, but even the price seemed very reasonable given the time and details. They are professional, clean and honest. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience working with the company and their team to replace our boiler and radiators with a forced air system. His team had to figure out how to fit the stove, plumbing and air ducts into a very small space in our 100 year old building. They were incredibly professional, informative and efficient. Our a/c went out (of course during a heat wave) and we called Complete Comfort because they’re not far from us and have raving reviews. Now I see why! We briefly spoke with Chris who was very kind and professional and Mauricio was the technician who showed up to fix our a/c. I work from home, but Mauricio kept quiet while he was working to fix our capacitor, and he also was a lot quicker than I thought! Myself, my husband, and our animals are all super happy.

I purchased the water heater from Patriot 3 years ago and have been happy with it until it began to exceed its nominal heat and pressure. I called Patriot and they sent James out to investigate. He was professional, competent, and courteous and had it fixed the same day. I was disappointed with the failure of the heater but very happy with the service.

Called OC plumbing for an emergency draining of my kitchen sink on Jan 20. I wanted my sink working before my trip on Jan 21.They sent someone right away but this person was unable to solve the issue. I came home from my trip Jan 27 to find my under sink leaking (which is a new problem possibly caused by previous plumber), called OC plumbing and sent Jesse right away and Jesse resolve the leaking pipe but the drainage will have to be done the following week. I had to stay in my partner's home for several days since I cannot use the sink. I came home Feb 4 to find my kitchen sink filled with 3 inches of water. Called OC plumbing right away, and they sent Tayler. I was surprised since Tayler is female and looks very young but she knew what she was doing. She explained everything to me in details, what she will do first and was able to locate my clean out drain. She took care of the problem, that a male plumber could not fix. She was very clean and organize. I was at awe with her skills. Thank you Tayler !

I'm very happy with Positive Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. After getting multiple quotes from different A/C companies, we finally decided to go with them, and it turned out to be a really good decision. Alex came to my house in Mission Viejo on the same day and did an exceptional job. Even with the intense heat in the attic, he managed to identify the problem, arrange for the necessary part, and finish the job in just 2.5 hours. His professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service were evident from start to finish.

I took the day off so that I'm home when the work is being done, just to find out that they cannot make it due to other work backed up and asked if I could reschedule for another day. Never happened to us with other services. Very unprofessional.

We had an issue with finding a specific part. It was a valve with a gauge on it. This valve was leaking profusely that we had to shut the hot water off. While we were looking for this specific part, it seemed like there was backorder which would take a week for delivery and we needed a licensed technician to order it.

This part basically mixes the hot and cold water and it was cracked, which was confirmed by two experts. Unfortunately, when it rains, it pours and everyone seemed to have a boiler problem.

Benrich sent Ray over, a Senior Boiler Technician, who discovered a workaround and was trustworthy and honest about his time. He fused/welded a pipe and turned down the temperature. We had hot water instantly.

Previously, we worked a company who was untrustworthy and while we contracted quarterly inspections, there were additional charges of ~$2000.00 then another $1000.00 the following year and $571 + $865 +$650 last year. At one point, they charged us $271 for 8 minutes of work. The Benrich manager also mentioned that the repair person before had done a number (ie negative connotations). For me trustworthiness is and was an issue along with the monopoly of parts and supply chain issues of parts.

I am pleased that Ray, fixed our boiler in record time and we were lucky he came in from Hollywood because last year a boiler tech came all the way from Long Beach and wanted to charge us for traveling their back-and-forth commute in rush hour traffic.

Ray did not do any of those tactics and his work was done professionally (had brought in an industrial-commercial tank to fuse the pipes). So far, I have not heard any complaints from any senior citizens, veterans or disabled homeowners on this matter and we are thankful that he repaired before the Father’s Day and Juneteenth holiday weekend. Ray is smart and made decisions in a timely matter, keeping costs low. We will use Benrich again.
