Roto Rooter saves the day and our house. We had a clogged backyard drain and our yard was filling up with water fast. Roto Rooter came out that same day to resolve the issue. Mario and Art were great, trusting and very knowledgeable.

I called in May to reschedule an HVAC check. They rescheduled two times due to lack of technician availability. The third time, now in June, the technician no showed.. The dispatcher claimed that we were out of territory. How this did not come up over for previous phone calls is a complete mystery to me. I was very disappointed.

My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.

I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.

My shower drain was clogged, and Jim helped me unclog it within a short matter of time. He was professional, had great service, and took the time to explain to me what was wrong and how he fixed it. Overall great experience, I will be using this place for the future as well!

I wanted to install a water filtration system in our townhome. It was sold as DIY direct from the manufacturer, but there was zero chance of that once I started looking at the project. After three months of staring at the boxes, I finally pulled the trigger with Patriot Plumbing. The installation involved cutting into a garage wall to access the main water line and installing thirty or more feet of pipe up and down the walls and ceiling!
