In an old house repairs don’t always go smoothly but these guys coped well with unexpected glitches and the results are completely successful. called about a $500-$600 commercial job and he acted like I was waking him up from a nap and bothering him with my call. Then was supposed to meet me the next day to look at the job and never showed, never called me back.

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.
