Was referred to Hope Plumbing by two different friends and glad I was. Jim from Hope was extremely nice and professional. He was upfront with what needed to be done for the two projects I had and gave a clear estimate. The jobs were completed that day with top notch quality for exactly the cost quoted. Jim even took the time to discuss my questions about installing a utility sink in my garage (future project). Hope has a amazing digital service application that allowed Jim to instantly share my invoice, including before and after photos of the work he did. I also appreciate Hope's commitment to the local community. Can not suggest them enough.

My husband did a 12 hour 'working interview' or ride along and did all the work for this company. They are refusing to pay him for all the work he did that day. He said the technician he rode with did not even know what he is doing. This just goes to show what kind of company they are. All about the $$$

Outstanding same-day service. I called around 8:30am, they were onsite by 10:00am that morning, and they immediately took care of business. Staff was friendly & professional and they went above and beyond to take care of our problem (including waiting onsite for the plumber to complete their work to be sure no further service would be needed). We have been using this company for 5 years. Brandon put in a nice new water heater for us and had to move a gas pipe in order to do that which he knew exactly what to do. That was 5 years ago. Since then we have used this company for other repairs. Outside water spicket broke that was repaired. Our toilet seal broke and he not only fixed it but told us how to clean the mold under the house that developed from all the water leaking. He advised us on how to clean and dry the wet areas. He also advised us what to do when an appliance shorted out and how that needed dealt with. This is an amazing plumbing company and we trust them which is so important these days.
