Jarred was great. I was called and told they were running a little late. He called again to tell when he was about 15 mins away. He showed up, he was kind courteous and very helpful. He went straight to work and within 30mins my kitchen sink was draining properly again. Great service and great company!! Thank you.

From my call to their answering service Friday evening to a return call 15 minutes later from Corey, to a scheduling call Saturday morning, to a visit from Corey Monday morning, to a followup call from the office Tuesday morning, B&W was very professional and attentive. Corey quickly diagnosed and apparently fixed the problem. I love my new water softener!! It was super easy to make an appointment for the estimate and they installed my new water softener same day!! Every team member was awesome, from Ms. Tonya who made my appointment, the gentleman who gave me the estimate and the very sweet and professional installer!!
