Best Plumbing Project in Indianapolis IN

I called in the morning requesting service to get a leaky toilet fixed and Jon Bidart came the same afternoon. There was excellent communication from the dispatch center prior to Job’s arrival and I received a text message prior to Jon’s arrival with his picture and a short, fun bio. He was professional with a clean, tidy appearance and diagnosed the problem quickly. Jon took time to explain the issue and I was given a quote prior to work beginning. He worked quickly and was very courteous. After the repair was completed, he made a few recommendations including adding a whole-home water softener, which we are considering. I’ll definitely be contacting Hope in the future for any plumbing needs, and will be specifically requesting Jon by name.

Chris the plumber show up right on time as I was told. He gave me options on what could be the problem and pricing. Unfortunately it was a large price but my brother said what was wrong was expensive to fix. Chris fixed the toilet in an hour once he had the parts. Great service.

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.
I will not be requesting their services in the future.
