Best Plumbing Project in Indianapolis IN

Called Hope Plumbing on a Wednesday afternoon, and by Thursday afternoon had two water heaters changed out. One was easy access, the second one is located above a drop ceiling. Not so easy, but Matt Thomas took care of us. Nice to find a company that does exactly what they say they'll do!

Service on 3/19 performed...Gus C and a gentleman in training arrived punctually and personable. Fantastic job by both! Completely satisfied....4 Stars is the highest I give anyoneService on 12/18Gus C once again with awesome service...punctual, gave me several options with my water heater issue along with advice. I hope Ben Franklin takes care of Gus well for he has given exceptional service to me....RARELY I give 5 stars but Gus C has pushed that 4 star to a strong 5 star rating which is great for Ben Franklin which I hope reciprocates down to Gus C...truly outstanding! And it's not because I've had too much coffee...lol...Gus knows his stuff! I see a valuable employee for sure!

Tk900lgi driver with that plate should not be on the road. He’s an a hole to say the least. Cutting everyone off. Great face of the company.

Very knowledgeable and he is such a people person.He told me exactly what was going on and took pictures,to show me. First time I got Pictures..

He was great! Quick and got the job done and all for a great price.

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

Had our water heater go out over the weekend. Went to one of the big box stores and they referred me to a different service organization to quote a replacement. Was shocked by the price quoted me.

Called All Pro Plumbing Services and they not only came out the same day and replaced it, but saved me almost 50% on a better unit.

Don't bother unless you like being stood up. I waited on this company for hours and re arranged my whole day just so they could not show and not bother to call and tell me they couldn't make it. When I tried to call them, both of their numbers were shut off and went to voicemail. Very unprofessional!

Assurance Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty company to come out November 24th from 9a-4p to fix a kitchen sink stoppage. On the day of appointment, I called to confirm that someone would be coming out. Appointment was confirmed. I called periodically throughout the day and again after 4pm(after appt time). After 4pm, they stopped answering my calls. I had my warranty company call and they answered them stating that someone would contact me shortly and they were still sending someone out. I called them again, no answer. No one showed up! This was very inconvenient considering it was the day before Thanksgiving. Bad business!
