Mike is very prompt with his response to service request. I had him to fix my water heater. Mike came within 30 minutes and he fixed it within an hour. Very pleased with the service and very reasonable pricing.

David called me back within 10 minutes of my call. Came out the next day and determined my sump pump and grinder issues. Secured the necessary parts for installation that day for the next morning. Texted to advise me of arrival time. Cost came in lower than the estimate he provided. Stopped by on short notice to repair ice maker line leak 3 days later. He has my future business!

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Nice people on the phone, but feel duped. Needed Max Haas to provide a septic system inspection.

Tech came to home and said he couldn't find the septic tank. Part that is tough to swallow is that we were charged the septic system inspection fee and needed it paid before Max Hass would let us know they could not perform the inspection.

Feel that the Tech was just unqualified for the task needing performed and they should not have taken the money for him to drive out and not do any work.

We hired another Septic company in area and they found the tank with no issue.

Edit - Angela with Max Haas has made this right. as stated before...very nice to talk to. Tech just seemed unqualified for this task.
